A Reply To Anwar - We Are A Democracy (Final Part)

This is the last part of my three (3) part series on Anwar Ibrahim. Its not going to be a long article nevertheless i feel that it is important to highlight the discrepancies in Anwar Ibrahim's statement. The third issue that would be highlighted today is:

 I’m a Muslim. People ask, ‘Do you believe in the Quran?’ and I can say ‘Yes’.

This is very interesting, that Anwar has mentioned that he believes in the Quran. Well who am i to doubt what he believes and what not, nevertheless the question that i think is relevant for Malaysian's to ask. and if not Malaysian's maybe PR component party PAS should ask why if he believes in the Quran, he did not swear on the Quran that he did not had intercourse (im being polite here) with Saiful Bukhari? 

I'm sure most of you are now jumping and challenging me that the courts has already acquitted Anwar Ibrahim and the sodomy allegations so why am i bringing up this issue. It has to be remembered that the basis of Anwar's acquittal was that the DNA sample from Saiful's was disturbed/contaminated. It is also important to note that Anwar Ibrahim was there at the condo with Saiful at the time of the alleged incident took place. This was never denied by the defence counsel. 

I think that's enough for today, i just wanted to trigger your thinking about this issue and not be confined to news from both the MSM and Opposition media. Sometimes its good for us to do little more research and then make our own conclusion on a certain issue.
