RapidKL Contact Centre, which manages concerns and views from customers, will be operating for 12 hours this weekend in view of the monorail services two-day suspension beginning tomorrow.
In a statement issued today, Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) said that the centre, which is based in Subang and manages the RapidKL HELPLINE 03-78852585, will be opened from 8.30am to 8.30pm for both days for tomorrow and Sunday,
“Members of the public can contact the Helpline if they have any enquiries on the monorail services and the shuttle bus service during these times. Alternatively, they can also e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
“As we have explained the temporary closure and suspension of service of RapidKL Monorail was inevitable to facilitate upgrading works of the signalling system in line with RapidKL Monorail Fleet Expansion Project.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Commuters, however, will have the special bus shuttle service for their travelling. You can visit our website www.myrapid.com.my for full details of the shuttle bus services and locations of its bus stops,” the statement added.

RapidKL Monorail Line will resume normal services on Monday.
